james_deanftw asked: I have $100 and a job ( Not many hours. Usually $120 every 2 weeks). I need $400 total. I am 17 and in school. I dont have a bank account anywhere. If i open one now can i get a small loan of $300 immediatley?
Me asked: I am closing tomorrow on my first home. People, not the realtor told me that you should not do any cash advance or purchases with your credit card. You should also not do any loans because the banks pulls your credit report right before the closing and they don't like to see any purchases or loans. I was told today that I might have to pay something at the table tomorrow at closing. Just in case I wanted to take out 1000 from one of my credit cards in case it was more than what I have. Do you think If I do a cash advance or signature loan 2 hours before the closing that it will show up in my credit report? I've heard that the credit report does an update monthly not daily or hourly. Please let me know what you know =) Well, they know I had money in my savings because they verified that. I had $9k I gave $3k to for the contract and canceled it before the 15 days because I still wasnt approve and then I gave again $3k and did another contract and canceled again because I still wasnt approved and then now the last time $3k which is what they are returning back to me tomorrow at the closing. So, they should be aware that I have money and due to the delay in the approval I had to cancel and re-due the contract to hold the apt.

Payday loan?

twocute4u asked: I took out a payday loan on 10-1-06. They deducted 2 payments from my account on 10-16-06 and 11-1-06. I had all of the information on my computer. About 5 days after they took the second payment I lost my checks and had to closed out the account and open another account. That very same day we had an electrical problem at work and everyone lost everything that was stored on their computer. Now I don't have a phone number for them to call them so that I can just pay the loan off by sending them a check. I barely remember the name of the company who I have the loan with. All I can remember is that it was some kind of group financial or something like that. Now I don't know what to do. I have been searching the internet to see if I could run across it somewhere or maybe see a company that may be them. What would you do in this situation? They have my phone number and address but they have not called me nor have they written me about the payday loan. It was for $200.00

This is what Quick Loans has to offer me?

eagle asked: I called Quick Loans to get some extra cash.I am a home owner with equity and right now my loan with my bank that I have is 5.87 interest 30 year fixed.I have 4,000 debt 2 are high interest credit cards the rest are hospital and doctor bills. My credit score is not that great but have kept payments up on mortgage.I wanted 20,000 cash out for a loan .They offered me 133,800 fixed paying only interest for 10 years. They gave me a 6% fixed rate paying off all debts and the rest of the 20,000 to invest and possibly make a profit. My mortgage payment now is 790.00 a month paying principle and interest .The new pay debt would be 878.00 per month paying interest only for 10 years. They also want a good faith deposit of 500.00 and will go towards the loan. This would make my credit slate clean.Should I do this?
Curious asked: I took out a couple loans over the summer from both Ameriloan $150 and United Cash loans $200. They continued to take money out of my account each pay day and when I thought I should be done paying they started taking out double from my account. I then started adding up all the money they had taken out and was shocked that it totaled nearly $900!!! I then immediately tried to get a hold of them but could find no contact information online. All I found was similar stories like mine. My next pay check, as usual they took out money from my account and in turn I went right up to the bank and explained what had been happening and was encouraged to file a fraudulent report. Within 48 hrs I was contacted by United Cash loans which I now know is affiliated with Ameriloan. The rep I spoke with explained to me that the extreme terms were explained within my contract. That they were to take out $60 each check (for each loan) for service/processing and an additional $45 towards the loan amount but that I still owed $250 and that I needed to give her a credit card or something to pay off my balance or bring it up to date. I told her I wouldn’t be giving her company anymore of my financial information nor will I be paying you an additional $250 when I had already given U.C.L. like $550 + on a $200 loan. I spoke with her around a month ago. My banker called me earlier this morning stating that they had retrieved my money taken last month totaling $380 which I'm very happy about and that her intentions for today is to close my account and transfer everything to my new account (its important that you go in to your bank asap when something like this happens because the bank can only help take back so much). Is it all over now? Or should I expect these scammer to continue calling and sending me emails? Will this go on my credit report? I would say they took out around $880 from my account, I initially borrowed $300, got $380 back, and according to local cash advance rates I'm just out of almost $160....definitely could have been worse. A lesson learned! Don’t allow what happened to me happen to you. Pay attention and just don't do things like this over the internet.
