I know payday loans aren't a good way to go but my credit isn't that good & I only need $200. So I dont want to take out a huge loan from a big company. I have a checking account-but my job doesnt offer direct deposit. So I just get a paper check every 2 weeks.

I have one from ace in texas, and they said that if i didnt pay at least 500 tomorrow they will close the case and stated that i got the loan with no intent to pay back what are the things the can do, What should i do? I dont have that kind of money to pay by tomorrow, what is the worse thing that could happen i guess i am worried. Help. it is as far as i know already in collections i guess because that is what he said when he called.

Because this company is harrising me because I can not pay it back right now anw and the ach that you know you set up with payday services was sent back and I cant pay I got way in over my head with this shark loan.. Can anyone help me I am scared. I have never been in trouble.

If you decide to get out of debt and the best way is to not have a checking account but still owe debit payday loans and want to close the checking account wil this cause a felony to be issued by the payday loan company even thow you do plan on settling the owed money to the payday loan

I know all the pros and cons in regards to payday loans but in the course of my research i keep coming across referral sites not acutal loan companies. These sites then offer everything but what I'm looking for - a loan. If anyone knows of an actual loan site i would very much appreciate the address.

I gave them my checking account number, thats how they deposited it in my account. About 3 days later after them depositing money into my account I had 50 bucks missing from another company. I called my bank and told them the situation, they closed my checking account and opened up a new one. Will the pay day loan service be able to take from my account even thou its new and they have no knowledge of it?
