where can I get a payday loan with only a debit card account?

Don’t do it–payday loans are only get you into more and more trouble.
Sell what you can–plasma, possessions, etc.
Just don’t get start with the payday loans. You’ll end up owing more than you started off owing.
It sounds like you’re realizing that you are low on cash, but you aren’t realizing that maybe your lifestyle needs to be re-examined.

Don’t even consider a payday loan. The interest rate they charge will kill you.
Call the folks you owe payments to and tell them when they can expect payment. They will probably work with you.
A written budget is a must for you ( and everyone else). You can control your money or your money can control you. Budget for essentials first like food, clothing, rent, utilities then list your bills.
You may be able to get help here:
avoid payday loans. unless you like paying 300% interest.
Use this as a last resort. A few companies will provide an installment loan, if you get direct deposit from your employer. I think most employers allow you to deposit money in up to three accounts when you get paid. The company, in the source box, has you authorize the payment amount, directly from your pay check and into the company’s account as one of your authorized deposits to cover the monthly or biweekly payment.
I believe they run your credit for this loan product (don’t worry, they’re not picky) and they do charge between 100-200%, but it’s an amortized loan (you can pay it down to zero in x number of months) and it’s only for a couple of months. If you borrow $700 you end up paying like $90 every two weeks and after 12 payments, you’re done.
well a 700 dollar payday loan will end up costing your about 15000 so i would forget that route == second how can you have a debit card with out a checking account — but that is a minor off the wall question == if you pay all your bills with cash you cant have any credit card debt so go to everyone you owe money to utilities included and tell them you are going to be late and you will pay their late fees which is 1000 percent less than a payday loan and tried to cut back on everything until you get back on your feet!!!
